For medical emergencies outside of our regular opening times, please contact the Huisartsenposten Amsterdam (Amsterdam General Practice Center).
Before visiting one of the Huisartsenposten, you will need to register by phone: 088-00 30 600.

Please note that the Amsterdam General Practice Center is only open for medical problems and questions that cannot wait until the next working day.

When you call the Amsterdam General Practice Center, your problem or question will be assessed by a specially trained assistant. If necessary, you will be called back by one of the attending doctors, or will be given an appointment at one of the Huisartsenposten or for a home visit.

When calling the Amsterdam General Practice Center, you will be asked for your insurance number, so make sure you have this at hand.
