Book an appointment

To book an appointment, please call the medical assistant between 8:00 and 12:00, at phone number 020-6152537.

The medical assistant will ask you about the nature of your problem. This is necessary to assess the situation and to schedule appointments as efficiently as possible.

If your problem is considered to be urgent, the assistant will always try to schedule an appointment for you on the same day. In other cases, we do strive to give you an appointment on the same day, but may have to schedule your appointment for the next day or the day after.

Consultations are normally scheduled for a duration of 10 minutes. If you think you need more time, for example if you have several problems you would like to discuss with your doctor, please inform the medical assistant about this. If necessary, the assistant will book a double appointment for you.

The medical assistant has been extensively trained to properly assess your problem.

If you have a preference for one of our doctors, please indicate this when booking the appointment.

• Dr Charras is present on Mondays  Tuesdays  and alternating on Wednesday.
• Dr Lie-A-Ling is present on Thursdays and Fridays, and alternating on Wednesday

 

• In general, it is advisable to schedule repeat appointments for the same problem with the same doctor.
